FULL MOON IN TAURUS (24 degrees ) 4:57pm PDT, Tuesday, November 15.

This is a snap, crackle, and pop Full Moon. Electric and eccentric Uranus changes it's retrograde motion and sits still for a bit just as the Moon glows full. Retrograde since June 14, Uranus gives the green light to pursue alternative technologies and spiritual pathways that we've been exploring for the past five months. Uranus urges us to make real changes, not just superficial lip service. Uranus in Pisces has been encouraging us to check out everything in our world from sudden spiritual downloads to our rapidly changing and pressured world. When this mythic God of Chaos shows up, weird becomes normal and normal becomes strange. Uranus turned retrograde at 11 degrees Pisces and goes direct at 6 degrees Pisces. So, those who have planets or angles between 6 and 11 degrees of Pisces and placements around 24 degrees of any fixed sign will feel the effects of Uranus and this Full Moon most acutely.

The Sun in Scorpio turns on the light in our psychological shadows and physical basements, showing us where old ghosts and fears can still trip us up. The Moon in Taurus reminds us to stay grounded, taking good care of our bodies so the higher vibration of Uranus and a Full Moon doesn't blow our circuits. Spend time in nature, avoid caffeine and sugar, and schedule extra time for journaling, therapy, and other healing activities. Pluto at 23° Sagittarius forms a hard aspect to the Moon, adding to the pressure to purge old beliefs and belongings. The more we clear out, the more room we have for something new.

Two other planets change direction within a week of this Full Moon, intensifying the waves of change. Mercury turned retrograde on November 13 at 11° Sagittarius, urging us to question our beliefs and change what is not working, and reorganize our priorities. This retrograde lasts through December 3. More importantly, Saturn turns retrograde on November 22 at 11° Leo, mandating a major review of personal power and responsibility. The Father of the Zodiac will be retrograde until April 5, 2006, expecting greater authenticity, integrity, and full expression of our unique abilities.

Full Moon Ceremony Find the time to have your own private Full Moon Ceremony. You have a three day window of energy in which to manifest your intentions. The day before, the day of, and through the day after the Full Moon.

Jot down two or three areas of your life you want to clean up. The Full Moon is the time to release or get rid of the things in your life that no longer serve you, so by the next New Moon your slate is clean for new beginnings, or furtile for the planting of new seeds.

Possible phrasing: I now release______ from my life. I now release my destructive ________ patterns. I now let go of fear, jealosy, anger, envy, negative thinking, etc... Remember, think and envision as though you have already let go of what you have released. See yourself free from anything holding you back from your dreams. Thoughts are things and the brain manifests exactly what you show it in the form of thoughts and visuals about yourself. The Buddha said, and I am paraphrasing, "We are the sum total of our thoughts up to today. " If we want to be different then we must change our thoughts. "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got." CONSCIOUS CHANGE is the key.

A Full Moon symbolizes the fulfillment of the seeds planted at a previous New Moon or some earlier cycle. Each Full Moon reminds us of the seeds we may have coming to maturity, to their fullness, to fruition, to the place where the fruits or gifts are received. It may seem that fullfillment of our goals takes a long time. Some intentions may manifest within the two week phase prior to the next New or Full Moon. Some however, depending on their complexity, may take a much longer time. Just remember that our thoughts set Universal Action in motion and much work takes place behind the scenes as everything is orchestrated for fullfilment. Keep visualizing your goals as though you have already attained them and they will eventually manifest. Patience is required.
