To purchase a gift certificate please provide the following information.
	Who is receiving the gift certificate?
	Who is giving the gift certificate?
	Your email address (I will send the Gift Certificate to you so you can forward it to the recipient).
	How much would you like to make the certificate out for?

After payment, either through Paypal or continuing on to pay with a credit card, you will receive a PDF of the certificate that you can either print and mail or forward in an email to the recipient.
