Greetings,

Take time to breathe. Slow down. Hurrying around and filling time with stuff you don't want to do creates energy blockages spiritually and physically. Say no. Slow down! Everyday you must be still for even a short period of time. Do it and you will navigate through these difficult times with greater ease.

The universe responds to our energy and thoughts. It is so important that you stay positive and happy and see the joy in all you have, in the small seeming insignificant things, like a smile, the sweet smell of a newborn, a ladybug or grasshopper, a beautiful bird and its lovely song, the color of a flower and the energy of a rose, the aroma of a tomato plant, fresh rich dirt and the intense flavors of herbs. These are but a few ordinary and delightful pleasures which deserve our attention and joyful acknowledgment and thanks.

With so much despair circulating from the polluted waters, wars, violence, corrupt governments and corporations, it is more critical than ever before to stay aware of each beautiful moment and savor with love and gratitude all we have to be grateful for. The time you spend in these delicious energies will not be wasted as all the good and light we emit collects and contributes to the well-being of our planet as a whole. We cannot change what has happened or how it is being handled, but we can change the future through our individual contributions to global peace, love and gratitude.

Have your powerful ceremonies in private and with groups of like minded awake individuals. Through our loving and collective prayers and intentions we can change our world for the better. Huge amounts of otherwise unconscious souls have been awakened and countless more are waking up everyday. Through pain and suffering often come solutions and consciousness. The shift is upon us. There is no going back so be open to the new without expectations of how it will materialize.

Blessings to those in the gulf and those directly effected. We send our combined prayers, deeply felt sorrow and love.

FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE IN CAPRICORN (05 degrees) June 26 at 04:31 am PDT and 07:31 am EDT.

Vibratory frequencies are all around us with interference generated from both manmade and galactic sources. Microwaves, radio waves, X-rays, gamma rays, ultraviolet and infrared radiation bathe us day and night. Every six months, the Sun, Moon, and Earth align precisely enough to interrupt a portion of that constant stream of cosmic rays, thus according to wisdom traditions and thousands of years of observation, facilitating the reconfiguration of consciousness. Old patterns dissolve. New pathways and portals are formed. New templates and dimensional doorways are revealed.

This lunar eclipse is one of the major astrological alignments of 2010, greatly intensified by several factors. Occurring only a few days after a solstice, this Full Moon forms a grand cross with Pluto, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mercury, all within 5° degrees of the four cardinal points. Cardinal signs, all action oriented, (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) mark the shift from one phase of development to the next, mental to action. A grand cross (also known as a grand square) is comprised of at least four squares and two oppositions; this grand cross involves twelve squares and six oppositions, increasing the challenges but also the potential for quantum leaps. Squares require that we make real, not cosmetic, changes; oppositions are resolved only when we respect and integrate both sides. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Aries awakens and spurs us to see and do things differently. The Sun and Mercury in Cancer sensitize us to our real feelings and needs. The Moon and Pluto in Capricorn demand that we be responsible and claim our power, while Saturn in late Virgo drives us to focus on what is most necessary and feasible. To have all four points so strongly activated at the same time signals a crucial turning point in human history.

This grand cross also aligns with the Super Galactic Center (SGC) at 1°46' Libra, a colossal Black Hole with the mass of billions of suns, around which the Milky Way and many other galaxies revolve. Powerful electromagnetic transmissions emanating from the SGC act as a spiritual beacon, triggering alignment with our cosmic origins and destiny. The revolutionary nature of this eclipse is further galvanized by Uranus's station retrograde on July 5 and Uranus's hovering around the first degree of Aries for 78 days, from May 27 to August 14. Saturn makes its third quincunx to Neptune (28°30' Virgo-Aquarius) on the day after this eclipse, signaling the end of a nine-month incubation and preparation phase. Given the combination of these factors, we can expect a series of extraordinary developments in our understanding of the universe and our role in it, around this eclipse and throughout the summer.

On June 26, 1991, there was a lunar eclipse at 5°07 Capricorn-Cancer; more recently, we had a solar eclipse 4°14' Capricorn on December 25, 2000 and a lunar eclipse at 3°02' Capricorn-Cancer on June 24, 2002. What was important to you at those times? What is calling you now? This can be a time symbolized by recklessness and self centered actions based on fear and anger. Be cautious and be prepared to defend your rights. With the tragic oil disaster facing the globe, it is much like "Indians on the warpath". Time to mobilize with conscious spiritual energies.

A Full Moon symbolizes the fulfillment of the seeds planted at a previous New Moon or some earlier cycle. Each Full Moon reminds us of the seeds that may be coming to maturity, to their fullness, to fruition, to the place where the fruits or gifts are received. It may seem that fulfillment of our goals takes a long time. Some intentions may manifest within the two week phase prior to the next New or Full Moon. Some however, depending on their complexity, may take a much longer time. Just remember that our thoughts and emotions set Universal Action in motion and much work takes place behind the scenes as everything is orchestrated for fulfillment. Keep visualizing your goals as though you have already attained them and they will eventually manifest. Do not concern yourself with current conditions or worry about controlling it. The universe takes care of those details. Just keep seeing what you want and give no energy to what you don't want. Patience is required.

PERSONAL MOON CEREMONY Find the time to have your own private Moon Ceremony. You have a three day window of energy in which to manifest your intentions. The day before, the day of, and the day after.

For the Full Moon, jot down two or three areas of your life you want to clean up. The Full Moon is the time to release or get rid of the things that no longer serve you, so by the next New Moon your slate is clean for new beginnings, or fertile for the planting of new seeds.

Possible phrasing: I now release______ from my life. I now release my destructive ________ patterns. I now let go of fear, jealousy, anger, envy, negative thinking, etc... Remember, think and envision as though you have already let go of what you have released. See yourself free and living your dreams. Thoughts are things and the brain manifests exactly what you show it in the form of thoughts and visuals about yourself. The Buddha said, and I am paraphrasing, "We are the sum total of our thoughts up to today. " If we want to be different then we must change our thoughts. What you think about grows!! "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got." CONSCIOUS CHANGE is the key.
